01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 456jl ("456jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 456jl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 456jl.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 456jl, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 02 Eligibility

• You have not previously had a 456jl account closed for breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 456jl platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 456jl reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses obtained through the duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through prohibited multi-account activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 456jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 456jl support immediately.

456jl is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

456jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 456jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are generally credited to your 456jl account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

// 4.2_withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of 456jl's compliance team. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to two business days.

456jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

456jl offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 456jl operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, 456jl reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

// 6.1_rng_and_fairness

All games available on the 456jl platform that use a random number generator (RNG) are certified to produce genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. The RNG systems used by 456jl's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. 456jl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

// 6.2_game_malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, 456jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 456jl will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original wager amount.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 456jl platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. 456jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. Players who consistently win large amounts may have their bet limits adjusted at 456jl's discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 456jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers.
2. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games.
3. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
4. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 456jl platform.
5. Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
6. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 456jl platform or its underlying software.
7. Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 456jl staff or other players via any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 456jl platform — including but not limited to the 456jl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 456jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 456jl platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 456jl platform without the prior written consent of 456jl.

09 Privacy & Data

456jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 456jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights as a data subject under applicable Philippine data protection law.

456jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

10 Responsible Gaming

456jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 456jl account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 456jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

456jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 456jl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

456jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

12 Amendments to Terms

456jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 456jl will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 456jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 456jl informally by contacting our support team. 456jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
